A video montage is a collection of photographs that are shown as a video on a television or a projection system. The pictures are shown as a slideshow, with music that you choose with dissolve transitions from picture to picture. We use pictures in motion technology to zoom in to pictures, allow them to “move” across the screen to really draw the viewer in for a greater impact.
2. How do I get my pictures to you?
We recommend if you are mailing them to us, that you used a padded envelope and send by certified mail. Please be sure to include your return address and check your address VERY carefully.
We can also arrange a time for a pick up from you at your home or business address. If it is less than 5 miles from our location, we will pick them up from you at no charge. Please contact us if you would like to arrange different ways of getting the pictures to us. We realize how precious your pictures are and we are very flexible and open to whatever works out best.
3. How do I order my pictures to the order I’d like them shown?
If you are using digital images, please save them on a CD or floppy disk in the number in which you’d like them to be. Save the first picture as photo 1, and so on.
If you are using processed pictures or other images, please use masking tape on the reverse side of the pictures. Also, if you would like us to alter the image in any way
(red-eye or blemish removal, conversion to black and white, etc.) please indicate this also on the reverse side of the image.
4. How soon do I need to place my order?
Most turnaround time is approximately one week. If you need a project completed sooner than this, please call to make arrangements.
5. Do you have discounts for multiple copies?
For copies of DVD and VHS, if you request a quantity of 10 or more, the cost for each is reduced to $7.00.
6. How do I select which music to use?
We have an extensive library of music appropriate for every event, and we can also obtain almost any song that you are interested in using for $2.00 if it is not in our library. If you would like to use a song that you already have, please also include a copy as a CD when sending us your photographs.
7. Do you give discounts for referrals?
Yes! If you refer us to a friend who uses our services, you will receive 15% off your next order and you AND your friend receives a free DVD copy.
